Learn the precise proportions, kneading methods and rising times needed to achieve that characteristic Neapolitan crust: thin and soft, work the dough to perfection under the guidance of an experienced master pizza maker. In small groups and at your individual station you will make the dough, and learn the ancient technique of "staglio" to make your own "panetti" then you will move next to the oven as a real pizzaiolo and you will see your chef rolling out and seasoning your Pizza Margherita and place it on the pizza peel, ready to be put in the wood-fired oven. Can you smell the aroma of San Marzano tomatoes, see the bright color of basil? Now all you have to do is to eat the pizza you made, drinking a good glass of red wine or an Italian craft beer with old and new friends in a convivial atmosphere.
